my fiancé at the time, and I purchased a ring from Zales, it was too big at the time but I was told I can take it for the pre wedding pictures then return it to the store to be resized. After I took it back to be resized I didn't get it till about six weeks later. when I received the ring it was still too big! I took it back the next day and they promised they would have it back to me within a week. When i went to pick it up it was still a little loose and the band was crooked. A few days later one of the smaller diamonds fell out! I immediately took it back to the store to return it, the manger that was there at the time was extremely rude telling me it was our fault for not buying a more expensive ring. A week later they returned the money to my back account only to take the money back after a day. they didn't even bother to call me. when i called the store about it they told me they had to send a check instead because the amount of money to be returned it large so we had to wait another 3 weeks. it was very stressful and i would not want it to happen to anyone. I'd never return to this store.
Zales had a wonderful selection of jewelry and had a great 30% off the store sale. The only thing keeping me from going 5 star is the staff seemed a bit Indifferent about the product unlike some other jewelers in the mall.
Terrible service. We were the first customers on a Saturday but were treated with such disinterest that we immediately felt we shouldn't have been there. We felt so awkward that we left in a few minutes. The store definitely needs an upgrade on the staff.
Very professional and courtesy. I'm indecisive and she had no problem taking her time, making sure I was pleased with my selection. I forgot her name, forgive me, but I think she was the manager. I will not buy jewelry from any where else.
This Zales sucks their customer service, is horrible, one of the ladies that works there just has the worst attitude, stay away from this location.
