Horrible experience!!!! The sold me a defective set of earrings and when I took them to get them fixed they said the warranty only was 30 days. Obviously I complained that after spending a couple of thousand dollars it wasn't fair that they would charge for the repair. At this point they became rude and basically didn't care anymore. I'm not going going there again. Avoid this store!!! there are many others with good customer service.
I recently went into Luxor Jewelers and had a great experience. I was searching for a nice gift for my mother and I know very little about jewelry but two of the staff member's, Alex and Giselle, were awesome. They were so helpful, extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions with ease. I appreciate the professionalism Alex and Giselle gave me. The selection was beautiful and I was able to make a purchase that my mother loved.
Loved this place! Got the perfect gift for my mom. Alex was amazing with helping me find that something special! Being in the service industry myself I love going into places that do it well! Very professional, knowledgeable, and helped with every detail! Highly recommended!!
I recently went to Luxor to buy an earring for my fiancé ,we bought one but did not like for the occasion ,and when we went back to return it they decline and they said only store credit.that was not declared when we conducted the purchase and when I asked to talk to the manager he decline to call me back.very bad customer service and I will never recommend Luxor to any one! More over did not give a certificate for the value and the the quality for the diamond earring that we purchased,stated they will e mail me but they never did!!!
