I just walked out of the Cary location after waiting forever to be helped. When it was finally my turn the sales associate chose to help a customer that came in after me. I assume they felt I could wait some more since I only wanted my diamond cleaned and was not buying anything. Awful customer service!
Talk about scammers!! These people are thieves!! They stole my mother ss# and confused her then gave excuses. Dont EVER COME HERE!!!!
So i brought my watch in for my 3 year refurbishment and it has been almost 3 months now it was promised on 9/22/2017! It was ready so i went today and it looked brand new in the store but when i got outside it looked horriable! My watch went in looking better then it came out. So i walked back in and now i have to wait to talk to the manager tomorrow and still wait longer on my watch. Will follow up
We went in for a simple ring inspection and had fantastic customer service from a gentleman named Matthew. He was super polite and professional.
Rude service and exceptionally unhelpful assistant manager. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to another Kay store to have my items inspected.
