I have been coming here for years for all my jewelry and repairs. Everyone is so nice, they know their stuff and there is never any pressure to buy. The Estate jewelry is always my first case to look at. Excellent quality and choices. As long as Mark stays in business, I will keep coming back.
Customer for 7 years. Service on existing pieces - not cheap pieces - began to get worse and worse. Reached out with concerns and was / have been totally ignored. Disappointed in the change in attitude of ALL employees EXCEPT the young lady manager whose remains very nice. Not worth the aggravation any longer - repairs failed, poor attitudes and no customer appreciation is no longer worthy of my money.
This is a great place for jewelry and service. Mark and the staff are honest, straightforward, and very helpful. They have great quality items, unique stuff, and are very helpful. I would highly recommend them over a chain store. Only disadvantage is the hours of operation, but it is really worth rearranging your day to deal with someone that is honest and not pushy when making a big purchase.
