We went to JM Edwards for an engagement ring. Yvette, the designers, everyone my fiance and I worked with, was amazing. We were treated like gold, and had such a good time with them. Truly a one of a kind organization. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend!
I then remembered I needed to replace the battery and he got one and replaced it, again, within minutes. I wasn't judged at all that I don't have a Rolex, that I was wearing gym clothes and flip flops, or that I wasn't spending a lot of $. The service here was INCREDIBLE! If I hadn't already proposed and we hadn't already ordered wedding bands. we'd be coming here. Truly amazing customer service. Will recommend this place to anyone I know in the area and will come back when it's time to buy jewelry or have anything jewelry related done.
J.M. Edwards is incredible. It far exceeded my expectations and my fiance's engagement ring came out incredible. We had the pleasure of designing a custom ring with Christian and Carl, both of whom provided excellent service and guidance throughout the entire process. We are SO happy we ended up going to J.M. Edwards and we will always recommend them moving forward. They will take care of you forever and if you give them a chance and go into their store, I guarantee you will never go anywhere else again.
We loved this place so much, my mother is actually having work done on her diamond earrings, even though she lives almost three hours away.
When we first came in we were in very casual clothes and were treated like royalty. We were shown a number of rings within a range of budgets and styles and not once were we judged on our appearance (i was getting a flight in an hour so was in very very casual attire).
All in all this is a fantastic jewelers and great value for money when you add in the amazing service. I would highly recommend using this store!

I cannot sing its praises enough, this is an absolutely fantastic jewelers and would recommend to everyone! I've had the best experience with JM Edwards, the sales assistant Evette has been incredible and more helpful than i could even begin to imagine.
My experience here was wonderful. I went in on a Saturday afternoon in a t-shirt, gym shorts, and flip flops. Greeted by a gentleman in a nice suit. He treated me like a King. All I needed was to have a watch band installed on my watch. It's a Fossil watch. I got the watch as a gift and bought the band at the Fossil store. I couldn't remove the metal link band myself. The gentleman removed it and installed my new band in a couple minutes. Didn't even charge me for it. And polished up my watch before returning it to me. They did't care that they didn't sell it to me, it wasn't a brand they carried, or that it was cheap (relative to the watches they sell).
Being a UK citizen and conducting all our communication via email Evetter has been attentive, prompt and thorough. Anything i've asked for photos wise or information i've had a reply within 24 hours.
Highly recommend. Great staff/ Christian is my go to for all watch/jewelry needs
