The waitress was very attentive. She asked was I a rewards member and if I wanted to start out with chips and salsa. I’ve never been asked that before! The food is always good. Nice atmosphere.
Not happy with my experience this evening. I'm currently in the restaurant with my family and there's maybe 20-25 people in the area where we are sitting. Our orders came out 1 at a time roughly in 10 minute intervals. I watched as people arrived after us get their meals before us and we had already been here and ordered. The waitress apologized for the delay, however it wasn't until I asked why there was delay she shared that they are short staffed and a few cooks called out. This is something you should share with your customers prior to them placing an order. Again, this place is totally empty and you would think they were slam packed based on how long we waited to get all of our meals. Very disappointed!
Only gets a 1 because you can’t give a zero! Wife’s mudslide totally wrong. 2 times. Apps were greasy! My burger came with all items that I asked to be held. Whole place was sticky and dirty. Got charged on my bill for a beer I didn’t order. Definitely won’t be back. Poor management.
I like TGIF. It is a nice, clean restaurant, and usually easy to get seating. The service is very good. My only issue is realted to the cost. My last visit I purchased a chicken sandwich, which came with a small salad as a side. With a coke it came to $17,00 with the tip. Just a little too expensive to eat at TGIF on a frequent basis.
