Cannot make an order correctly. Twice in a row they have messed up my order, fool me twice I guess. Decent sandwiches, but not worth the headache. I do not recommend the Crossroads location if your heart is set on Jason's.
Some of the folks I work with love this place, to me it's just okay.
Good food and salad bar. The half sandwich and visit to the salad bar was perfect. Helpful and friendly staff.
While this is not the best Jason's Deli location I've visited, it's in a convenient place for shopping, and the food and menu live up to Jason's great delivery. The salad bar stocks some items missing from other chains and the sandwiches offer a great variety and meats are always piled high on the bread.
Went in for lunch last week. Inquired at the counter about when they would have the pot roast sandwich again except That I couldn't remember the name of it. The guy that was helping us whom I'm assuming as a manager told us that they had it now but when he actually put the order in the guy working the line said they were out of pot roast instead of us telling us we couldn't have it he had them make us some more. We had to wait a little longer but we had been looking forward to it so it was totally worth it. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our experience
