Been coming here once a month or so since moving to the area. Love the different sauces that it comes with. On a particularly stressful day I was looking forward to some take out when I found they left the sauces out. I called in to share my disappointment and they asked me to come back (even offered to drop it off) and much to my surprise they compensated me for me meal and even packed some cake for my wife and I to enjoy! Above and beyond service. They got a customer for life in me after that! Thank you!
Entrees are satisfying and have a good amount of flavor - much less bland than many places like this. I had the Southwestern enchilada meal last time, and the homemade blue corn tortillas were a great touch.
When I first visited this place last November, I loved the food and the decorations of the restaurants. I made one more visit since then, the staffs were too busy and didn't feel welcomed. Foods were too salty for me and different taste than our first visit. (I had tortilla soup). Never visited again since then.
Finally got to the Chuy's on 55 near 540. Very happy. Got the fajita beef burrito with the hatch chili sauce. Perfect. My wife needed to finish it and was thrilled to do so. Queso sauce was also flavorful, rich, and smokey.
The food was excellent! The atmosphere was excellent! The only downside was that we had to ask for refills. Our server was very attentive, but failed to recognize the obvious. I highly recommend Chuy’s!!
Chuy's is one of the only Tex-Mex places I really enjoy. Lunch portions are fair for the price, and service is fine. The chips are light, thin, and crispy and the salsa has a nice kick with a twist of lime.
The decor and ambiance have been nice both times I visited.
