I do enjoy this place! The employees are friendly and helpful, and the food is good. I would recommend coming during the low traffic times for the best experience, it really makes a difference.
A fun night out to be had every time between bowling, movies and arcade.
My wife had called earlier in the day asking if we could reserve a lane for bowling @6 and they stated no problem. We drove 40 min to get there and were told we were misinformed and it would be an hour and a half wait. Crock.
I NEVER give negative reviews, and I really wish I could give this place a positive review, but this happened and I want others to help influence I this business to change.
The food was hard and old looking. I asked for hot wings got dry old plan wings..
I was really hoping for a great place to come hangout with friends, bowl a bit, and grab some drinks; however, the management is unapologetically absent, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. There were three employees behind the front desk (and one who walked into the back) we walked up. One was on the phone, but the other two were just talking. No one acknowledged us for at least 2 minutes while we obviously I stood there - until I said something, asking for their help. While bowling, we hardly had any interaction with the wait staff, and when we did, beers (and water) took about 15-20 mins, all while we were one of 4 lanes used and 2 people at the bar). The bartender made "last call" at 10:10pm when the bar, restaurant, and bowling alley were to close at 11pm. I was sorely embarrassed bringing my friends to this place - and I'm a teacher in my 20's with low expectations! This being said, I have had other neutral experiences at CineBowl, but this is most indicative of their atmosphere. I really do hope things improve.
