I love taking all of my furry kids to Woof Gang in Cary! Every person I speak to is knowledgeable about food and grooming. Plus, they give my pups lots of affection. The groomers are talented, kind, and always make my dogs look great. It's a great family owned placed where you feel like a valued customer. I will never take my business elsewhere - you guys have a customer for life!

There is no way I'm leaving my dog at a groomer's for hours on end, stuck in a cage for no good reason. Although Woof Gang is definitely expensive I feel my dog's well being is worth any price ( don't take that as an encouragement to raise your prices please) so I confidently drop my guy off knowing that an hour later I'll get back a much more presentable dog.
Definitely recommend Woof Gang in Cary. Great baked treats that our dogs love. Their self-wash tubs are very convenient. We've also had them bathe our dogs and clip their nails, and they do a great job. Very professional and caring groomers. They also offer pet toys, premium foods, and many other things for your pets. Definitely check them out!
I believe it depends on the groomer, I got a girl who I am sure she was the one who set up the grooming appointment & from the phone conversation I could tell that she needs to be more professional & mature in handling clients. This morning I met her and my puppy didn't like her at all, she was not friendly and the first thing she said was complaining to me: "oh... He is matted!" and her face expression showed that she didn't want to handle my pup. My pup was traumatized everytime we brought him to the vets & he hates vets touching him, but other than that he is a super friendly pup. He wasn't comfortable entering the store either but the groomer didn't even try to calm him down, instead asking me to hold him so she could check how matted my pup was because she would find out if there would be extra charge for brushing service.
I didn't mind paying extra, but knowing my pup would be miserable if she groomed him plus the attitude I saw, I just wanted to take him out from Woof Gang. Her lack of patience and professionalism hopefully doesn't reflect to the other groomers.
