Love it. I took my boys there to get a bath and it was fast and easy. They have it blocked off so my boys do not go running around. They don't like baths so it makes it a lot easier. The staff is nice, kind and they don't get in your face every five minutes asking you to buy something. :) Great place and I would recommend it to anyone! keep up the great work!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Wide selection of high quality pet products from shampoos and remedies to toys, leashes/collars/harnesses and beds....and of course a great selection of food made with HEALTHY ingredients for your pet. I have enjoyed being a customer here since I moved to the area and highly recommend checking it out!
One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Adam was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me and speak to me about each individual product. He was immensely intelligent and knew a vast amount of information regarding kanine food. I am so grateful to Adam and this store. Wonderful place! I will be a regular customer! Go to Adam! He’s the best.
This is an absolutely amazing store. They are thee experts on dog and cat nutrition. The best of the best. Katie was so helpful and I could talk to her all day about dog care and nutrition. Very well educated staff. Gave me lots of free samples as well. I was so impressed with their level of expertise. I could not say enough good things about this place! I stopped by as a visitor from out of town to see family and wish they were in Florida. I will come here to stock up any time I am in town.
I am a first time dog owner who needs LOTS of help with my puppy. Whether it be advice on food, leashes, snacks, or a tip for dog training- the unleashed staff are always an incredible source of information. I have tried other stores but consistently come back to unleashed for their top notch customer service. Every person who I have encountered at the store knows what they are talking about and seems to actually really care. Even the gear we buy for our dog... if it doesn't work they are always more than willing to return/exchange/suggest a different option. Fantastic place!
Also, woody is a great employee as well.
