Visited Nirvelli for the first time last week. My massage was performed by Roberto. He did a fantastic job! It was the best massage I've had to date. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend him. I can't wait to go back!
I received a gift certificate here and went a couple of times. Based on actual massages, would give it a 2.5. The term "spa" is kind of funny as it's actually very cold and clinical inside. Waiting room is not very nice either. What takes it down from there is the attitude of the staff. Generally, they seem unhappy to be there and not very friendly. I actually threw away the remaining balance on my gift card instead of paying anything out of pocket for the 3rd visit.
My first time ever receiving a massage and it was AMAZING! Since it was my first one, I can only say that if Roberto is not THE best in the world then he is certainly at the top of the list!
After multiple deep tissue massages with Roberto I can say that I would highly recommend him. He also does a great job adapting the massage to your needs and preferences. I have not tried the other services yet, but the staff has typically been very friendly. They have also been very good about sending reminder emails prior to the appointment so you have enough notice to cancel if your schedule changes.
