This place is impressive and the service is five star, from reception to checkout. I’ve been to Carolyn several times and she is amazing. My hair always looks great, she can work magic with color. She has a natural talent for knowing what will look just right.
Artisan Hair is a great modern salon in Cary. Rob is a fantastic stylist and owner! He always listens to what I want and I always walk out loving my new haircut and color! He now cuts my husbands hair too! All the salon staff are always welcoming and friendly. Thank you for providing such a great salon and service!
Artisan Hair is a state of the art Hair Salon with great Hair stylist with a vast knowledge of up to date trends and styles. The staff is super nice and friendly and would go above and beyond for your satisfaction. Both the owner (Rob) and my fabulous hair dresser (Reina) are Fantastic. Incredibly rude, not to mention dense - receptionist would NOT allow me to book a haircut and consult with the stylist as to whether stay blonde or go brown....even though I made it clear that I could come back another day for the color service once we decided. Just moved here from Atlanta and am looking for a good salon/stylist to establish relationship with- Carolyn lost out on a very good, reliable, consistent, high-tipping, client that lives less than a mile away because of the rudeness of the female I was JUST now on the phone with. 3:55pm on 12/19/2017. The salon should know she is losing business for them.
I have been a client of Rob, the owner of Artisan hair, for over 14 years. The decor is truly stunning. When asked what motivated him to open his own shop,his reply was "To give the client a total First Class experience. The staff is so gracious and accommodating. Treat yourself to luxurious surroundings and look like "a million bucks". There is nothing not to like.
