The people at the customer service station try to rush the process and get cranky if you try to go through the list to check what's there.
It's also a sloppy, time consuming process. The employee goes back & forth bringing one or two items at a time. Sometimes items are lose and not bagged.
I've always liked Target stores for their selections of goods... This store has pretty well stocked shelves... But, the parking lot has one entrance/exit, that is a bit unorthodox...
Target should take this option off their web site until they can actually make it work.
When ordering on-line and picking up at the store - For two straight weeks, when we've picked up our order things have been missing that were on our bill.
This Target is a gem as far as Target's are concerned. It's generally not as busy, always clean, and well stocked.
Monday thru Friday it's pretty decent, but come Saturday the place turns into a mess and all of the groceries are gone. Don't go on weekends and you'll love it. Except for the shoe department that's always a wreck.
I love the customer service in this store! They are knowledgeable and very pleasant. Yet very happy to help you. Their store is always clean and they will do what they can to accommodate your needs!
