Went to Dillard's to buy a suit for my husband, and the gentleman who helped us was phenomenal! Not only did we get 3 amazing name brand suits, we were given personal attention and custom tailoring with the utmost professionalism. Will definitely be back!

We went to purchase new shoes for my husband. Ahmed, in the men's shoes department, was amazing. He adjusted the size shoes he pulled for my husband based on intimate knowledge of sizing discrepancies among different brands. Both pair fit perfectly the first time around, which NEVER happens for my husband. Ahmed was very warm and polite, highly recommend!
I never wore the dress, I bought it before trying it on because of a time crunch, and that CLEARLY was a huge mistake. Never shopping at Dillard's again.

I bought a dress from Dillard's, and it turned out to be too short. I went back to return it, and I was completely embarrassed. As I tried to return it, she questioned me, asking "what was wrong with it?" I simply explained to her that it was way too short after trying it on at home. She then proceeded to inspect the dress, (which I completely understand her doing) but then she REALLY started to closely examine it; Turning it inside, then out, and feeling each and every piece of the dress. Then after she had turned the dress inside-out, she said "It appears there are wrinkles on the inside of the dress that look like someone has worn the dress and had been sitting in it." (She was VERY rude about it!) I didn't even bother to argue, it was a $100 dress, and wasn't worth further embarrassment.
