Pretty good place love collection here but Crabtree mall belk have little bit more collection then here.
Locks on the a bunch of the fitting room doors are broken. The pegs to hang clothes up were mostly all broken. If there was a peg, it was filled with left behind clothes because there is no space to leave ones that don't work. Had an employee actually knock on the door while I was trying things on to retrieve the clothes in there. Excuse me?? So rude! Go move on and come back later. Also impossible to find a price checker. I found two on the whole main floor. One was turned off/broken. The other had a completely unnoticeable sign. The registers/customer service areas all have bright blue signs directing customers to them. Yet the price checkers are hidden, if they even happen to work at all. Real nice. Especially since the registers don't have a screen to tell you what each of the items ring up at.
Less overwhelming than the Crabtree location. Clean. Friendly staff but difficult to find help.
Took advantage of the Black Friday in July sale. Saved a ton of $$. The selection was good, and our sales associate, Robin, was excellent!
Gorgeous store inside and out, but good lord they are pricy.
