In a nutshell I was very happy with Mike Newman,the salesman I dealt with and love my new car. That being said I did NOT get what I should have for my trade-in. They said that since the Tesla was not something they would sell they gave me the price an outside source that would auction it. Funny I am certain it was sold yesterday at their dealership. I guess I just forgot not to believe anything you hear in a car dealership but whatever you do do not trade-in if you want a decent deal. You can always opt to go to Car Max.

Rakesh Patel has sold us three Mercedes Benz models, and this most recent experience was probably the best. He patiently worked us through a few choices, was knowledgeable, informative, thorough and unfailingly polite. Rakesh couldn't have done a better job. Jonathan Glass was excellent on the financial wrap-up. Several of Rakesh's colleagues made a point of speaking to us during our time at the dealership, and each was someone that we would have been to work with. Excellent business operation!

My experience buying my first Benz has been the best, no only because I absolutely love my beautiful C300 but because the customer service I received from my Sales Associate was so personable, laidback, knowledgeable and last but no least CARING. Big shut out to Jonathan Martino, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my new car. Also I want to mention Bill the financial expert, he was outstanding and very kind.
