Travis, was great, went above and beyond to see that I was able get the Corvette that was the right fit for me and my wallet. I have purchased vehicles from other dealership but this was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. Everyone from Milos the sales manager to Harvey in finance was great. Thank you for all you guys did to make this happen. We love are new Corvette.
I had my car service for a coolant leak, and I had to bring my car back within 72hrs to get it fixed again based on the original issue that I came in there for. They were eager to charge me more than $770 to get it fixed, again! They claimed no fault considering they just worked on my car on that specific system earlier. I finally asked to speak to the manager after getting nowhere with the service guy. Almost 3 hours later I get a call from the manager where he openly admits that he's 'not surprised' that it happened considering what I was just there for. So, I asked, 'why wasn't this recommended?!' Considering the laundry list of recommendations they had for my car. All he was able to do was cover my tow and a 'family' discount. This was very minimal considering how much I still had to pay and paid during my original visit (TOTAL $1,100+). This is bad customer service and poor customer retention... if you already know someone has trusted you enough to spend money at your service department wouldn't you do more to keep that customer??? To top it all off... that night after picking up my car for the second time the check engine comes on! I will never come back to this place or ever recommend anyone.
I should have gone somewhere else. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership that had paint issues. I dread the thought of even going in for service at this place. Will is a good salesman and the entire process only took 3.5 hours as opposed to the usual 6 or 7. I did like that part. I would highly recommend their collision center for any type of paint or body work. Pete is great and the people in the shop do absolutely beautiful work. They really make your car show room ready I love it.
Hendrick Chevrolet was my first stop to a car dealership after my car was totaled when I was rear ended at a red light. The other's insurance company was covering my rental for a total of 8 days, so we were in a hurry to do our research and test drive our options. I explained my situation and informed the gentleman that I would need to test out 3 other cars before making an educated decision. He said he understood and I thought things started off well. Unfortunately, after our test drive, when we started talking about the financial aspect of a car purchase, things went down hill. Not only was their "best offer" the worst offer I received that weekend, but a hard inquired was placed on my credit history - despite being assured over and over again that it would only be a soft inquiry in order to give us some idea as to what they could offer. They kept pushing, trying to sell me on leasing if I wasn't ready to buy. I went to 2 Subaru dealerships, a Honda, and another Chevy dealership. All of the salesmen I spoke with were courteous and understanding. They allowed me to test drive a car, answered the questions I had, and allowed me to go home and make my decision. Hendricks was the only dealership where I felt pressured. I did wind up buying a Chevy, but I went to Capital Chevy. Their dealership might not look as nice but they're customer service was a thousand times better.
I sent my senior citizen mother to look at an advertised Chevrolet Trax. After she test drove the car the price was $6000.....yes $6000 more than the advertised price. I explained to the salesperson that normally when the price includes "possible" rebates, there is an asterisk by the price that lets the consumer know that this may not be the price. This was a classic bait and switch on the price because it was the exact same car. I wouldn't by anything from a Hendrick dealership and I will advise my family and friends and church members not to buy. My mother did buy a Buick Encore at an amazing value from Audi Raleigh.
