Noah was really on top of keeping me updated and explaining what was wrong with my car and Rusty is super knowledgeable and really fair. Took care of all my issues. I would definitely recommend doing business with Leith. Great experience.

Update - I brought my car into Leith today (December 15) for its regular service and wanted to share what an amazing experience I had. My Service Advisor, Amy Stewart, went way far and above my expectations to make sure I was satisfied with my visit today and also make sure I didn’t spend my money on any unnecessary repairs. As someone who’s starting graduate school next month, I genuinely appreciate her efforts to keep the costs low and to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Furthermore, Conrad, the Technician working on my car, went way far above and beyond my expectations as well. I had a number of concerns regarding noises my car was making. He took the time to ride around with me in the car and explain each concern to me. Not only that, but he held a conversation the entire time and was pleasant to talk with. Once he started working on my car, he came to the waiting room to ask that I come into the shop with him so he could further explain one of the concerns I had. He showed me what was going on with my tires, explained the issue, how much of a concern it should be, and what steps we should take going forward to ensure my safety and satisfaction. I can say, without a doubt, I have never dealt with such a personable, friendly, and caring Service Advisor or Technician in all the years of car ownership.
Volkswagen of Cary is absolutely the best place to buy a new Volkswagen. I am extremely satisfied with the service, sales departments, and financial departments. Art helped me get into a car I thought I could not afford for a very reasonable monthly payment. 10/10 would definitely buy another car from them, fantastic experience.
I was at the service center for a recalled Sunroof. I was informed that it would take no more that an hour and a half so I decided to stay. I had an 8am appointment. It was not until 10:45am that someone came out to tell me about an update on my car. They said there was a nail in my tired and said they could patch I asked how long and I was told it would only take 15-20 minutes. I didn't leave that place until 12pm. My WHOLE morning wasted.
