That's great that the owner responded to me but what good does that do? No one has called me since this review! The sales manager should be back by now. Why hasn't he called me? Why haven't you the owner called me? Why did you not leave a number where I could reach you (the owner). It seems your words are just to make your dealership look better for receiving 1 star!

I would give the CSR a 4 star, but asked a question concerning my stability light. They stated the attempt to turn, off and the price given to repair 1741.00 was 'nothing more than a commission quote'. Really appreciate salesman smart remark. Don't judge a book by it's cover thinking you can't afford something when really you're in the job to assist

This dealership has the worst customer service!!! I tried to correspond with a sales rep, letting him know exactly what I was looking for. After several emails and phone calls to him I never received an email/phone call back. Giving them one last shot, I contacted the sales manager, Phillip Galliera. Again I gave him the information on the vehicle I was looking for and the price range. He never returned my phone call. This is the sales manager!!! If this is how they act during the sales process, I would hate to have to depend on them for anything once the sale is done. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Dave Miller will never get back to you. He does not care about you or doing business with you. Very unprofessional. Super rude to my wife and very pushy. Dave Miller made her feel very uncomfortable when they were speaking alone. This in unacceptable. Misquoted on a paint job by $3000 and told us we were getting windows tinted and would be 45 min when in actually it takes 4 to 6 hours. I expect more from Rick Hendrick. This is the exact reason why people hate car shopping and hate dealing with these people.

My wife and I bought a pre-owned Honda Odyssey from Matthew Goodwin at this dealership. We were sold as exclaimed to be a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty for complete one year coverage on the vehicle. I asked what all that covered, he looked me straight in the face "everything, its a bumper to bumper warranty" Within two days we found a crack in the windshield. We were told that this was not covered under the warranty. Since we had not been given all of our paperwork the night of the purchase "printer is out of paper" reason given, we had to track down the paperwork, and we had to really fight to get them to even cover half of the cost of windshield replacement. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of a manager that cared one bit about our situation. We needed to get these problems resolved as my wife was 8 month pregnant at the time. We also purchased an extended maintenance agreement, but by the time we have been through the complete experience with them I don't even go back there to get the oil changes we purchased. I had never had a really bad car buying experience until purchasing from this group. Slick salesmen!

I purchased a 2016 GMC Canyon and also bought an extended warranty. I was in an accident and the vehicle was a total loss. The vehicle was paid off by my insurance and I'm entitled a refund for the warranty. While I was shopping here for another truck the sales team and manager reminded me several times about this refund and how I could put that money toward a down payment on one of their vehicles. We couldn't get the price where I wanted on another truck so I ended up buying elsewhere. Now I can't get a returned call or a returned email in regards to my refund. I've show up at the dealership 3 times with all the documentation I needed to provide. All 3 times I was told to email the documentation to them. All 3 times none of my emails have been answered. I've called various times and left messages and again no reply. Was told by one finance manager that he had it approved and that my check is on the way. He also said he would email me the confirmation. 2 weeks later and no check and no confirmation email. If they can get your money they are happy. If they owe you money they pretend you don't exist.
