Love this place. Great selection and very helpful and friendly staff.
So happy to have found this store!! Since moving to NC from Seattle I knew I was going to have issues finding my pets dog food. Couldn't contain my excitement finding it here. They carry better brands of pet food. Consider it a "natural" pet food store. Staff is pretty helpful at check out - I usually have to approach them if I cannot find something. I guess I like to be greeted when I walk in and asked if I need assistance. I'm all about old school customer service.
This store has both great, quality products as well as f****** terrible products. They sell brand names I believe in and others I wouldn’t dare ever spend money only to risk killing my dog. I only come here in a pinch, and after today I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again. If you’d like to shop at a store whose staff actually cares if your pets are safe or not, please check out Unleashed. They have so many locations, and they really know what they’re talking about!
P.S. The employees should probably be less loud about making fun of and bad-mouthing customers! Just so you know we can hear you across the entire store. And it’s a big store. It only makes you look bad in the end
This store has a great selection of just about everything, and is really clean and organized. The staff are really sweet and helpful as well. You can tell they really have a passion for animals and are not just trying to take your money. My puppy and I loved it and are definitely switched from pet smart!
A place where I know my money is well spent. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, quality selection in dog and cat items, and an overall positive doggy friendly environment. My favorite part about the store is their unwavering commitment to keeping fine quality food, treats, toys, and other furry friend necessities. Would you want anything less? You won't find a bag of Purina or Meow Mix here.
