A good places for running, cycling, swimming, and triathlon gear. Employees are knowledgeable just like any good running or bike specialty store. Lots of triathlon specific gear here so if you're "just" a runner or "just" a cyclist, you'd have more selection from a running store or a bike store. Would shop here again in the future though.

This establishment is the best LBS in the Triangle. The entire staff is super helpful and supportive. The team is chocked-filled of valuable education, guidance and recommendations in everything triathlon. They provide a non-pressure environment of products and services that are more than fairly priced.
The customer service is outstanding at the Cary location. John greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to running shoes and allowed me more than enough time to make a decision. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. The selection is incredible and they always have the size that I wear. I will continue to purchase all of my running supplies at Inside-Out.
