An excellent experience. Required just 5 visits. I went to Team Care with upper back and neck issues. The neck issues had caused an adult lifetime of headaches. Now here I am several weeks after my last visit with Jon - continuing my exercises and continuing to be headache free. Everyone at Team Care was great - Jon, Diane and Ashley. Good people who care. I rather miss seeing them each week!
When I first entered and was told I would be walking upright after one visit, I laughed because I had heard that before by other therapist that I had seen. After my visit and therapy with Jon, I felt better than I had in 2 years. The environment and staff were amazing and Jon has a great wit about him that makes you relax and feel good. I suggest anyone with any back, spine or other movement issues to give Team Care a try.
Amazing experience! I was referred to Team Care by my new doctor after having been in chronic back pain for over 10 years, and within two treatments I am feeling almost 100% better. I can't imagine everyone will have the same results, but for me it has been nothing short of miraculous. Jon and Heather are fantastic!!
Awesome experience. I had been passed from physical therapist to physical therapist. I tried acupuncture and massage. I had been in back pain for about 2 years and my back would "go out" every few months to the point where I couldn't walk. Jon was absolutely amazing in that he actually listened to me and had me do certain simple exercises. I still do the exercises today and have been pain free for months now! He was amazing! The staff was always friendly and very courteous. I definitely recommend Team Care Physical Therapy
