We thoroughly loved our time at CareFirst! My son came in with a need and the team addressed it in the best way possible. And that is what they are, a team. Everyone works together for the betterment of the patient. From the moment you walk in you feel like family and as happy as we are with his progress, we are sad to be saying goodbye to all the wonderful staff there! We highly recommend CareFirst for all of your therapy needs!
We have worked with Manisha (Occupational Therapist) with Care First Rehab and are always impressed with how she manages to connect very well with her patients. She works with a gradual progression of routines and makes sure to address ours and our daughter's goals. She is smart, respectful and we feel very fortunate to be receiving services from her for our daughter.
I have had a very positive experience with Care First. I like that they come to community settings and make billing easy. Both providers my son has had have been top notch. It has been easy to communicate with them regarding his progress and suggestions they have for how to help him. I definitely recommend them to other parents.
I can't say enough about Donna Richmond. She started performing speech therapy in our home in March 2016. She basically became another member of our family. My son responded well to her and she also helped to coordinate care and worked closely with his speech therapist at school. I highly recommend her to any parent who's child is in need of speech therapy.
After having a surgery I came to care first for about 2 months for occupational therapy. I could not have had a better experience! Everyone was very friendly and I felt comfortable with the therapists and administration staff. I love this place and would recommend to anyone and everyone.
