Before I went for my annual physical checkup at this office, I check with my insurance and was fully covered. I don't have any major-medical issue but ones its 100% cover I went for just checkup. I was visiting at this office for last 2 years and before I have same physician all time, but physician was moved to different office and I have to choose another physician for just physical checkup. when I received bill, they charge me for office visit which was not 100% cover and physical checkup plus some blood work they did and charged higher price than my insurance company give me an estimate. I will move my family from this office to some other place. Good Luck.
Been a patient with this group for over 10 years. My Doctor left and the remaining staff will not ok an order for a follow up sonogram for something seen on my mammogram last week. Explained that I must have a physical with one of them and be seen since I had my last physical last June! This is a travesty and sounds like they only care about money over their patients. Will not make an appointment and approve order MUST be seen by them first. Nice to know something is going on in my breast and my doctor office could care less.
Coverage is great here, the staff are great, everything's great. Duke has done a great job managing this clinic, but hands down the employees are doing all the work. Everyone's so nice here, and I love it how they can actually put up with my personality. The doctor that I have is kind, outgoing, and the facility is always clean. However, I did one time have a bad experience with a main call center representative which was representing this office, but that does not change my view on it. The Medical Assistants do their job amazingly well, too, especially Amy and Tanya, they are very helpful and knowledgeable in this field. By far, they both were indeed the best MA's that I've had to deal with here. I recommend visiting this facility for your health needs. The procedures and doctors in place take very good care of you. I would also like to thank the customer service representative Sharron for taking the time to interact with me about all of my needs and answering any questions I've had.
