Unfortunately, Dr. Gagliardi does not use the online Duke MyChart email service and does not provide good patient followup. Two emails sent to him over a 30 day period remain unanswered. An email to customer service got a response confirming that Dr. Gagliardi does get emails sent to him but that unfortunately he does not answer them. A call to his office also results in an uniformed response. My low rating is based on my continued poor patient service from Dr. Gagliardi. I'll look for a doctor that is more personal and caring

He's been there for me for almost 20 (19.5 to be precise) years (I have followed him through 5 locations - each one an upgrade), I believe that - that fact - alone, speaks volumes. He does listen extremely well. His subject matter expertise is extensive and his integrity in letting me know what he has experience with and where his expertise may need augmentation with a specialist(s) is beyond reproach. We have had some bumps along the way with prescription refills - mostly because I require scheduled RX's and I call for refills at the last minute. All in all, great person and a wonderful compassionate physician and now Duke helps surround him with an incredible staff.
