Just went tonight and everything was scattered everywhere I was just looking for panties and every size in the large box was extra small, same with the bras. I drove 45 minutes to buy underwear or bras and got so frustrated that I walked out with nothing. The lady said “I can help you dig” and then just shrugged her shoulders. Every VS I have been to as soon as I walk in everyone greets me and asks what they can help me with. Not this one. Will not return. Y’all suck and deserve zero stars.
This is a great store as the customer service is excellent and it is easier to get in and out than other Victoria's Secret stores
Was very impressed with the customer service! Keep it up! Staff was very friendly. Beautiful selection of bras and lingerie! I recently purchased one of the body mist called fresh and clean which I really like. The lip glosses here aren't that great. They are sticky, non-moisturizing, and they don't smell like anything. Overall, I was happy with my experience here! Will definitley come back for a future purchase!
My first time visiting this VS was yesterday. Generally, I do not leave reviews on places, but I couldn’t believe how dirty this store was. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 5 years. Brown stuff spilled all over floors, rusting, filthy display cases... when I walked in there I was shocked. Women go in there to feel pretty, but instead I left wondering if I maybe bringing back a roach in my purse. The amount of money VS charges for their stuff I’d expect a way nicer store. I can understand the store is small and gets a lot of traffic, but hire a janitor!!!
Terrible. One person at the cash register with a line at least 15 people deep. She was in no rush to move the line quickly. I waited for 10 minutes and she got through 1 person. I had to leave, they've lost my business.
