The customer service was great and I found more things then I needed but I love Old Navy regardless.
Let me start off by saying that I have never been mistreated like this...EVER! It was Christmas eve and we decided to buy some Christmas pj for the family. Where else better then old navy. So we finally found what we were looking for and the lines were a bit crazy. Never the less we continued to wait on line to purchase our items. Excited as little jelly beans! We came to the register scanned everything and swiped our card. Before signing it, the register girl said "I need to see ID" we explained to her that the credit card was my mother-n-law boyfriend and that he was not with us(mind you we have been using the card and had not had a problem") She immediately said we can not process your items. We asked for the manager (which was worse, so rude) we explained to her what was going on and that if she needed to we could have the person in charge of the card call, send his license pic and confirm his identity. That was no help at all. She continued yapping on how this is their policy's. So i asked her "if you feel so strongly about this why isn't their a sign anywhere in this store or register counter letting your customers know this. After 20 min on line you want to bash your customers with there purchase. Really?) She answered me with "well our policy's are online. I said "well who goes online every time they want to make a purchase at a store? She then top of the whole day with " Well if you don't like our policy then don't shop at our store"! I was extremely offended by this treatment of the manager (who is pregnant). I'm sorry to say that I will no longer be shopping at this store or any store for that matter and I will also be canceling my credit card with OLD NAVY. Sorry, but your workers are extremely rude and clearly have no customer service skills.
And she did let us make our purchase after she made us feel worse then poop!
It was my first time coming into this store. I don't normally shop here. I came in for the flip flop sale. However, I found the employees to be helpful and kind, especially being that it was very early in the morning.
Awesome employees and great quality clothing. Some stuff is disorganized, however.
