Said no refunds on any purchase but 7 day exchange policy. Accidentally purchased crew neck T-shirt instead of V-neck. Went back THE NEXT DAY to exchange crew for V. Was 'told' item could not be exchanged since plastic zipper of outer package was opened.
I don’t know where they find their staff but almost everyone in there is rude asf. They act like they hate their jobs. I walked out, i can spend this good money in another store.
I went in the store i had ask some one to measure my son feet to determine what shoe size he need, they said 8 1/2 so i purchased the shoes which cost$110.00 in a size 9 ....come to find out they said the wrong shoe size, the shoes are to small, its only been 4days when i purchased the shoes they have a return policy within7 days,and they wont exchange the shoes ,they just said sorry. They should be held accountable for given me the wrong shoe size , i know they get train to measure people shoe size,even if i cant exchange the shoes they she be held accountable ,i will never shop their again.

Very rude staff on duty today July 24th!! I Was just in the store on Saturday July 22nd and I purchased shoes for myself with my debit card. I return today to but shoes for my son and I was asked very rudely for my Id, I reply that I left it in the car and that I wasn't asked for my I'd 2 days ago and my picture is on my debit card and the employee threw my card back on the counter and said that picture doesn't matter and needed to see my just to see the same picture that's on my debit card smh I'll never shop at this location ever again
The Manager Has a Very bad Attitude & a Smart Mouth .
