Absolutely terrible. I went on a trip and we were all advised to use Friends Travel. It's was an awful experience. They were very rude on the phone and failed to get my information - like my name and email address - correct. If you like to be yelled at and dismissed while still having to pay, I suggest calling Friends Travel today.
