My fiance and I are getting married in May and originally we hired a different travel agent that was not very good at communicating and we would wait weeks for quotes for our honeymoon. When we received the quotes, it wasn't even in the destinations we wanted. Well, one day I met Lynn and told her a bit about our experience with our current agent, and she assured me that a professional, skilled agent would not do those things. I immediately was impressed by her professionalism and willingness to help us with just meeting. Within just a couple of hours we had numerous options sent to our inbox. All within budget, and all in our preferred locations. She was ON TOP OF IT. I got almost immediate responses from her with anything I needed. She has answered every question I've had with an upbeat attitude and I've felt completely comfortable to ask her anything I need to. Within just a couple of days, we've now booked our honeymoon and such a stress has been lifted and it's all thanks to Lynn. We haven't even left yet, and she has exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to travel in May!
We feel bad using another agent for the wedding since she had help us find the location, but we have no choice when she dropped off the face of the earth. We now are crunched for time and have been put in a very difficult position on something we thought we had hired someone to take care of.

She has very poor communication skills and doesn't seem to care about the client at all. We have over 30 guest going to the wedding, wanting to book now, and we are scrambling to find an agent after Lynn dropped the ball on us.
If you are planning an important event that has a deadline, DON'T USE LYNN, SHE HAS NOT BEEN HELPFUL AT ALL
After we received her prices on the trip (which she said she would get us that night,but took 3 weeks and several calls to remind her), we checked the prices against travelocity and priceline, She was about $400 more on a 5 night stay. So we attempted to contact her to see if it was something different we were looking at or if her prices were wrong, I never recieved a return phone call. I then emailed her to make sure she had received my calls and I have not received an email back and it has been about a month.
This was my first experience with Alpha World Travel. My husband and I are celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary. Holly with Alpha World Travel has been beyond amazing!!! I have booked other trips with other travel agents and nothing holds a candle to my experience with Holly. We have had to replan our trip three times now due to Zika and Holly has worked with us with no complaints! We wanted a trip to a tropical location without Zika and Holly made that happen!!! I call and Holly answers or calls me back right away. She emails me with detailed booking information for our trip. I cannot brag on her enough! I was referred to Alpha World Travel from one of my best friends who booked his honeymoon to Jamaica. I would definitely go back to Holly at Alpha World Travel to booknow our next trip!!!!!
We met with Lynn at her house and she went over the wedding packages with us. She narrowed it down to two resorts that are located next to each other, one being more expensive than the other. We asked if there was much of a difference other than price. She said no, 24hour room service was the only difference and we would be fine at the cheaper resort. Then after talking to people about it, everyone siad the difference was way bigger than just room service. So we talked to Lynn about our concerns and she told us to go to the nicer resort. At this point I realized that she was jsut feeding us what we wanted to hear, instead of telling us actual opinions.
They have both been amazing to my fiancé and I so far! We will be sure to book with them for future travels as well!
