I was going through a lot on my plate with my recent move from NJ to NC and was running into several challenges. However, the one thing that went smoothly for sure, was renting the storage with Extra Space. Nathan (Store Manager) was extremely curtious and exhibited that he truly cared with every interaction. He also went completely out of his way to help accommodate several of my requests. It felt nice to experience good customer service after a long time.
We have used Extraspace to store our motor home for 26 months. We have always been impressed by how clean and well maintained the facility is and have been equally impressed with the staff at the site especially Nathan. We have had quite a few opportunities to interact with him and have found in every instance how willing he is to go out of his way to provide good customer service. He is definitely a credit and an awesome representative of the company.
From the first visit to look at the available units the service has been exceptional. Quick responses to every communication. Thorough and helpful in answering any questions. I would confidently recommend this, and other locations of the same company, to anyone. Every employee I have encountered has been friendly and helpful. Coming from an extensive customer service background I am not easily impressed.
