It's been ages since we've rented a storage space but relocating from California put us in a situation where we need to store all our belongings. In the time we've rented a locker here the staff has been great toward us ... especially Grace! Her New York accent, sincerity and great service make it a pleasure every time I have to visit the office☺
Grounds are kept fairly clean. I did see trash outside of my neighboring unit and it stayed in front of their door for 3 months or more. I asked for a light bulb to be placed in my unit upon rental and it still hasn't been done -8 months later. The fence gate was up 24/7 for several months. As a renter, I was not notified of this so I didn't feel like my unit was as secure as it should have been. I will not be renewing my lease at this location.
Kimberly provided excellent customer service. We discussed my storage needs, she quickly identified a unit, paperwork was processed and I was on my way. She was very knowledgeable and courteous.
clean /safe /well lit/excellent service from staff, Miss Kim was warm and gracious and very understanding of someone in transition in life, a lovely human being, glad to have met her!!!
