I went to buy two pair of shoes. I went inside everything looked fine, a guy gave me a welcome salutation, i went to look for shoes but non of them liked me I went to the front shoes, and there was this other worker, and he looked at me in a way of disgust like telling me to go away. I just ignored that, then i went to see a pair of shoes that liked me. But this guy was following me and I feel uncomfortable. I moved to see more shoes and he was still following me. Then the other guy came by and the man that was following started to talk things about me they all looked at me, like if I was a robber. I felt really uncomfortable and I just decide to go out the store. They were looking at me with that horrible manner. I do not know of they were racist because I am Hispanic but it was one of the worst place I had ever been. Hope they solve this horrible customer service, but i wont never go back to that store.again.
I recently went looking for new shoes for my workplace and Mr. Rodney, the store manager, welcomed me and assisted me with finding the shoes that are currently popular in my workplace (Skeletoes). The women's section, only had one color so Mr. Rodney helped me find a good fitting pair in the men's section and even went as far as looking in the back to find different colors.
Weak service. Management could have easily made a sale by talking to me about a pair of shoes but instead seemed like he was avoiding me and communicating with me through an employee. I'll throw you an extra star for stocking converse and vans.
Well, unfortunately, a week later, after wearing the shoes a few times, I couldn't take them anymore; they were killing my toes. When I looked on the receipt, it said that I couldn't return the worn shoes, so I started getting nervous about having to return them but went in anyway, thinking that I may have to fight my way out of at least exchanging. Well guess what? Mr. Rodney was so understanding that he let me exchange them anyway and Brian, the handsome glass of water at the register, well, he's just a sweet piece of cake. I could not be more happier with the service there, in fact, I don't think I'd find it any where else! Thank you Mr. Rodney & Brian, for making my experience at Rack Room Shoes, the best one yet!
