Worst experience ever came to return items that I had purchased online, the girl got an attitude as soon as I told her I'd just like a refund instead of an exchange. Then tried to give me store credit instead of my cash back..all the while huffing and puffing like she was a little kid,will never shop from this store again and will be calling manager ASAP!!
I am a mother of 3 girls, ages 13, 16, 18. On a Saturday, we were back to school shopping and the new store manager was super sweet. The whole staff was helping us pick out outfits for my girls.
I love the clothes there so much, but they market to teenagers supposedly and I wasn't allowed in because there was no adult with me. They should admit people who they market to, and I've also bought many things from them!
I asked the store manager the age group they are aiming towards, she said 18+ due to the clothes and the music. I would not allow my 16 year old to go in that store alone.
Mothers, beware and do not just drop your kids off. Cary Towne really cares about the younger kids and just trying to help us mothers out!
Two songs came on and it was overly explicit! One song was just moaning for 5mins, the next song quoted "Look at it I bet you wishing you could clutch that, It's just the way you like it, huh? You're so good, he's just wishing he could bite it, huh?"
