I've been before, service was horrendously slow, the food disappointing, people barely paid you any attention.
This place is a hit or miss. Either you get good service or you get horrible service.
Then two days ago, I swing by with a friend. She orders a soft taco, hard taco, and burrito. I order a soft taco and chicken quesadilla. The girl who made the tacos wasn't messing around, these were the best tacos from a taco bell I've ever gotten. They were stuffed full. No disappointment here. Again, service was slow, but we did go around 930pm. I believe she was the only one working.
normally I like the food but it seems like management lost interest in the place. Then tonight I went by knowing the lobby was closing at 9PM only to find out they close any time they damn well please,.8:30 and locked up tight. Oh sure I could go to drive up and eat in my car and make a mess in my car, But I was there for more than just food. My home is full of acetone fumes from the painters and I wanted to sit, relax and use their better than most places around wifi. Closing before the posted time is no way to run a business. I know their business is slow that time of night, that is part of the business. If you want to close at noon I don't care, just do not advertise you are open till 9
Very nice people. I just moved to Cary and was apprehensive about dealing with the staff from the reviews. Lies...I go there once or twice a week and not once did I get poor service. I really appreciate it when they remember the type of taco sauce(hot sauce!) I like. The manager, Vanessa or Veronica is so funny yet professional. I appreciate her staff. Thank you for the great service.
You get what you pay for. Friendly service. So so grub.
