Was first time for me. It looks like they made my order an hour ago. When I reached at home I came to know Garlic knots was dry and cold. Store at NE Mynard road is very good as compared to this one. Never go back.
Papa John's is our favorite. The location is convenient, it's easy to order from the app, there are always local deals going on for 50% off your order, and the people are friendly. The pizza is always fresh and the taste is superior to all of the other take out pizza chains.
I ordered from here and it took 1 hour and 17 minutes for the pizza to arrive. To charge extra for delivery and it to be late and cold by the time it arrived is uncalled for. Who to blame the store or the deliverer. Should he not get a tip. I think they should stop charging for delivery. All pizza places.
I love this place it has affordable pizza and dazzling pizza with the perfect amount of sauce and cheese and that is why I rate this place 5 magnificent stars !
I have been enjoying their pizza for years and have never had any problems of any kind with the pizza or service. Great specials on all the time too. The only problem I have is myself forgetting to say that I want thin crust. I love Papa John's thin crust. Last time I forgot to say it, I called back 5 minutes later and asked if I could still change the crust. They told me, I'm sorry your pizza is in the oven already. When I said I wanted to place another order I guess they felt sorry for me--they asked me to hold then came back on and said they had switched it to thin crust for me. Great service! I really appreciate it!
