House keeping did not clean the room. Admitted cleaners didn't clean room. The manager did his best to reconcile the following day. Appreciated
We needed an inexpensive overnight place to stay to visit with a relative visiting from abroad. We chose this venue mainly based on price as we got a $50.00/night rate off a deal we found through our cell phone carrier. I was a little sceptical at first from reading the reviews here but decided to book anyway. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. I must say up front I've worked in the hotel business for many years and I know what to expect from a lodging. This place was is a simple basic no frills place to stay overnight or for extended periods of time.
The rooms are good size and contain all the basic human comforts. The room we had was clean. I found the bathroom spotless with all the needed supplies on hand. The furniture was not new but served it's purpose well. It reminded me of a "70's sitcom set. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. Don't expect Four Diamond amenities but if you want someplace cheap to stay overnight or a few days I would recommend this motel.
First stay in an Extended Stay America location.
This place is horrible. I've been here a month and they have not serviced my room at all. They don't have towels. There was a cup of moldy bug infested fruit in the main stair way for days. The rooms smell like cig. When we first got here our bed was disgusting. The sheets had hair all over them. You could tell they had not been changed. They told us they would move our rooms and make the one they put us in "Out of order" why would they put us in there I the first place . Do not waste your money on this place. If it wasn't for my husband's company booking this room I wouldn't be staying here.
Rooms are quite big and comfort because of separate kitchen, bedroom and rest areas. Breakfast contains only coffee, grits and cakes. No cleaning service included without extra payment. Really quite. Pets friendly.
I stayed at this establishment During the weeks of the County Fair. The conditions of this place was DEPLORABLE !! My Toilet was Filthy Dirty, the shower curtains had blood stains, and there were no wash cloths or towels.. I reached out to there Corporate Office and as of this date I did not get a response.. I will not stop until this place is renovated of CLOSED!
