No Signal in Elevator and hardly any bars in the room. They have coffee and muffins upfront in morning.
A little difficult to find. There are 2 different extended stays in that same business park. We went to the wrong one first. They said that happens all the time. The elevator floor was super sticky. The kitchen island and bed are positioned so close together that you can't pull the cart all the way into the room to load and unload. There were spider webs in the room as well as a huge spider and some other big I didnt recognize. The cover was missing off the smoke detector, the beds were hard, and the pillows flat.
A gas station is just a hop skip and away but not open on Sunday. Walmart and Harris Teeter is down the road so stock up on groceries to place in your cabinets and fridge.
Our dishwasher isn't bolted in so when I went to put a cup in the top rack it pretty much came out of the counter.
No a lot of places to park so be first back.
Always clean, staff very friendly, and it convenient to restaurant and store
Pets are welcome but the staff is TERRIFIED of dogs. We can't walk our dogs down the hallway without them screaming. They wont clean our room unless we take our dogs out of the room as well even if they are in their kennel. Doggie bags are only in front so take pups there.
It's a little dirty and run down but over all it's okay.
For a non smoking hotel the halls were filled with smoke smell coming from rooms. The elevator smelled like pee. Actually so much so it was nauseating. Our room smelled nice and was clean. We were looking forward being able to eat breakfast at the hotel and there was only coffee available.
I just wanted to report about the horrible customer service experience this morning in the 3100 Regency Pkwy Cary, NC location. We checked in on Thursday 11/9 and will be checking out tomorrow morning. We went to the desk to request clean towels around 8am Corisha told us the hotel did not have any because they were sold out last night and her housekeepers didn't arrive until 10am. We went back to the desk at noon. We knocked on the desk and got no response, we yelled hello and again no response, it wasn't until my mother in law yelled again "I hate this hotel" that miss Corisha finally came out from the little office? Door to the left behind the desk where she told us she still had no clean towels in the entire hotel. It is now 4:45pm there is a super friendly woman at the desk and we literally just got the FIRST batch of clean dry towels which is absolutely ridiculous.
