I was a customer of Gary Nobles & Nationwide for years, had a variety of exchanges on my home and auto policy that were a little frustrating. Overall, found communications to be a little difficult, often inefficient, decent number of errors in policies etc. Then found after speaking with a variety of competitors that my policy (which they recommended) was likely significantly underinsuring my home. In email exchanges with their office, it was clear that their records about my home were fairly inaccurate. In discussions about my concerns, never once received any apology, or even recognition that their service wasn't up to my expectations. Adding insult to injury, my policy was dropped without notice this year, which I discovered months later. I received no mail, no email, no phone call form the agency or nationwide after having been a customer in good standing for six years and having never field a single claim. I can't speak to how much of this is a Nationwide problem, or an issue isolated to this office, but would advise shopping around and buying a policy from just about anyone else.
