Very disappointed with Nationwide and Brian Barber itself. I had been a customer for about 5 years. This summer I started the search for a 2nd vehicle. When I called Brian Barber, I never received a call back. I tried for a couple of months to get a quote from the local agency, and then with the corporate office with no success. I ended up going with a new insurance agency who helped me get everything in order. I spent the better half of the month of July trying to cancel my policies. Sent correspondence to the local agent, no response. Sent correspondence to corporate, no response. Now I was charged extra because I was informed only after canceling and getting a new policy that they don't pro-rate, but short rate insurance policies. By far one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. Would not recommend Brian Barber or Nationwide to anyone who wants a friendly, local service for help.
These people truly care about the community in which they operate! They have genuine enthusiasm for living and want others to succeed as well!
