I am perplexed by all of the 1-star reviews. We have been clients at Cornerstone for 4 years. They have always had same-day appointments available when we needed them. Perhaps not with our favorite provider, but we understand that we get whoever's available on short notice. We've received callbacks from the nurse line that were proportionately timed to the urgency of our calls. We've been pleased with the professionalism of staff and doctors. We do have our preferences, but everyone has different personalities. We like that Cornerstone has enough practitioners to be open 7 days a week and early mornings. This larger pediatric practice might not be for everyone but we love it!!!
My son saw Dr Rutledge today for physical. We got in quick with minimal waiting. Did the new or forms online so didn’t have to print or get there early to fill out forms. Staff was friendly. The dr was great.
We adore Dr. Parmar and both of our girls have been seeing her since we moved here 6 years ago. We always feel heard and respected and she's wonderful with the kids, making them feel at ease. We have also seen other doctors here when we needed a sick appointment, and have had great experiences with the other doctors as well.
Overall, we are happy to bring our children to this practice and definitely recommend Dr. Parmar!
We recently moved away and going to new pediatricians really makes me miss Dr. Kallman and how personal and thorough she was with our baby. Pediatricians like her are hard to come by.
The office staff, on the other hand, are definitely not the highlight of this practice. They're typically not the friendliest bunch, and sometimes are less than helpful answering questions. We have had some trouble booking appointments in the past, but usually just calling back later or the next day solves that (although it's mildly frustrating that it's necessary).
I'm more than happy with this pediatrician. We've never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room.
If only I could give a lower rating than one star... I was running late today to my sons circumcision appointment and called to let Cornerstone pediatric know. They informed me that they would not be able to see us since I was running late and they could not reschedule the appointment even though I had already paid. If you are looking to make an appointment DO NOT pay in advance. They are refusing to see my son period and I will not receive my refund for 30 days as I am told. This would not be the worst thing that had ever happened to me if they had been some what polite about the situation and understand it's difficult to be exactly on time when you have a two year old and an infant. Even if you run your business in this manner and allow zero room for tardiness be polite to the customers that make it possible for you to make a living. Never been treated like a lesser human being before today. They were never once remorseful or offered a solution to me and my family besides a short "I don't know what to tell you, we can't help you." I don't normally write reviews, this is probably the first ever, what I have described doesn't begin to describe the rudeness and disconnect that this establishment has projected to my family. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any business in my life.
