I attended the program for 17 sessions. It is a very intense program, but worth it. I learned useful coping skills and the counselors were very helpful. I would recommend that you get a date of release from Dr. Bajwa on the day of your assessment if you have to be out of work. Also be advised that you cannot be out for more than one session

This entire process has been extremely helpful for my diagnosis and recovery. The counseling staff are amazing and provide great topics of discussion for each meeting. I have learned a lot about my personal experience and have learned tools/techniques to help manage my condition. The medical assistants are very friendly and accommodating. Quick check ins and answers to any questions I have had.
I came to this program at one of the lowest points in my life, and I learned so many things about myself and my diagnosises that I wouldn't get anywhere else. I am so grateful for all they've done and I would highly recommend it. I'm going to go back should I ever need them.
