The exterior roof was not wiped and still had dirt that hadn’t been completely washed.
The man in charge of cleaning my car came over and insisted they were flaws in the paint job as I chipped them off the surface of the finish. What irritated me most was that they came off my windows easily, so even if it came in with the car, it should have come off with the cleaning. He walked away and did not help removing the green specks.
Came back and immediately realized my antenna was missing. They went and looked for it. In the meantime I continued to inspect my car and found plenty of bright green dots coated onto the front driver side door and window, the windshield, and hood. I initially thought they were chipped paint when compared to the bright red paint. I was livid and once I realized they weren't dents began peeling them off with my thumb. They were stuck on good.
Addison offered to make it free and I refused, insisting on paying at least something. Regardless of the green specks, the rest of the car was spotless. Addison was not at all rude and much better than his coworker, and agreed on making it right. He discounted the cost and we went on our way. I went home and finished cleaning my car on my own.
I came in with a car that has been sitting for majority of 3 years. I had hand washed it twice, but couldn't get the hard water stains off of the car. Talked with the main guy Addison (Who was great!) And he suggested a number of treatments. I agreed on one for $125, with a holiday discount to bring it down to $104. They informed me it would be 3 hours. With that I left my car in their hands and left until they called me.
Every time i go there i am a little disappointed. The service is good, but they always seem to miss things that i have to either point out, or clean myself when i notice it on my way home.
Undesirable experience. Thought I would try a local carwash, and not the chains. I was foolish. I got the $24 dollar Deluxe Full Service and my tires were shined and door jams were wiped. The other 4 things were not done(Hand Wheel Clean, Inside Windows, Inside Vacuum, Dust Dash and Console). When I confronted attendants of the situation, they said "you want us to vacuum your trunk for 24 dollars?". I left with 3 of the 6 services I PAID FOR complete. Go someplace else where you will be respected and have the services you paid for complete.
2 stars. I wouldn't recommend for more costly exterior jobs.
Today i paid $39 plus tax for “Interior Super Clean” and they only wiped 1/2 of the inside windshield. They also didn’t wipe the inside glass on the sunroof.
Our minivan was extremely dirty from a family beach trip. Carolina Auto Spa went above and beyond my expectations. They did everything to turn our van into a brand new vehicle. Employees are polite, courteous and professional. We will definitely go there again.
Overall I’m not satisfied with this business
The service is very good for the price of the package I have. The guys always complete my car as expected and I never leave without tipping them. They go above and beyond. I have emailed several employee recognition notes to the owner Karl Murphy with no reply. He has several excellent employees with great attitudes and customer service skills which are hard to find. It would be wise to take notice.
