I arrived with my boyfriend at the car wash in the early afternoon. When we pulled up, my boyfriend gave the keys to the man who was running the intake of cars and I asked for a Super Wash. This man proceeded to lock my keys in the car! After clarifying with my boyfriend who locked the keys in, there was no apology offered by this man at all.
Bunkey's is without a doubt the best carwash in the area. They are fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Whether you are looking for a quick wash or a high-end detailing, you're sure to get your money's worth.

Sunday after church. Got appearance package plus wheel shine. 5 people working on car. They flag us they are done. (And they are all congregated at towel bin talking) no car waiting! We had to point out dirt And bugs on all 4 sides!
Don’t bother paying for the Rain-X for the windshield. The guy did such a half assed effort that I have a little area on the left side of the windshield covered and a little area on the right. 60% untreated. Great to find that out on a rainy day.
I'm writing to share my experience at your car wash at 6450 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, on Sunday, July 23, ~2:00 pm.
Another man then comes over and starts working on recovering the keys. I know from previous experiences with AAA that it's very difficult to unlock a '09 Honda Civic by pushing the button or latch through the window. I shared this information with everyone present and told them the easiest way to get in is to open the trunk using the lever and crawl into the car through the trunk. Unfortunately, I was pretty much ignored and so we ended up spending 30+ minutes outside in 100 degree weather because the staff didn't want to accept my guidance.
The staff is incredibly helpful and personable. I came here once and I will no longer go anywhere else. If your car hasn't been washed for a long time I would recommend asking for a pre-wash so they can get all of the gunk off by hand. If you have any problems just tell someone and they'll do their best to help you out. They've been there for 30 years so they have to be doing something right.
I guess I will go home and finish cleaning my car now.
My car was then processed through the wash. After leaving I realized the car wasn't even vacuumed properly! I am incredibly disappointed with the service that was given Sunday. I could not believe the lack of regard shown by their staff. I reached out to management and received no response.
When the man finally tried the advice I gave, the car was unlocked within two minutes. Still, I was offered no apology.
