Food is great! Only leaving low rating for the fact that the delivery only travels 8 minutes max distance from the restaurant, and will not deliver to me because I am 9 minutes away, less then a half mile from there “cut off” point.
Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

I normally love Panera bread, bit this store was excessively dirty...not a clean table to be had although half or more of the tables were empty... personal we're apparently to busy socializing with friend's visiting them... This was a very dissatisfying visit...hope it is not the normal ...
I love that they have the option to order from the cashiers or use a kiosk. Just be warned, it's a little more difficult with the kiosk because if you order wrong, it's on you. Don't blame the staff because you typed it in wrong.
I love their chicken tortellini! Absolutely delicious.
They could have been more friendlier. They all looked tiered. When dealing/working with people you have to smiling. And my friend didn't received her breakfast. That the cashier's normally would have given it to you. But the server was kind enough and took care of it rapidly. And apologize.
Really gone downhill... My nephew makes better sandwiches at home than the BLT today...cheap white bread, really???. Clearly profit maximization has been prioritized over product quality. Used to be a biweekly customer...now a biannual customer. Gave it 2 stars because corporate should know about this review. The customer service and cleanliness at this location was on point though.
I've yet to have a bad experience here. The staff are fantastic and patient as they that you're order. They are very insightful with the pastries they sell as well.
The place is always clean, food delicious, and staff friendly.
