Good atmosphere, food, pastries, and bread. Very busy on the weekends though so I advise going the weekdays or weekends around 4-8pm for it to be less busy.
Great place to grab a pastry or loaf of bread. Can be a little pricey but the high quality is worth it.

Bakery only site has a wide variety of sweet and savory breads. No seating, but in quaint downtown part of Cary. Get the white chocolate baguette!
No excuse for locals not to occasionally patronize this world class bakery in Cary. Sadly, I had to stop visiting their original location in Preston because it became too busy and crowded. This new location, for the time being at least, is not as raucous. A real French bakery in Cary; who would have imagined? Well, it is right around the corner from an Italian bakery and a new German bakery has opened down street. Crazy. Next, a Mexican bakery? In addition to baked goods at La Farm, you can grab a meal and coffee. So much goodness.
