Go on a weekday if you have little kids. It's crazy town on weekends. I really appreciate that they have a separate are for younger kids that includes trampolines, a bouncy house and a slide. My 3-year-old really enjoys himself here, and it's a great place to get energy out. 80% of the space is for older kids. Looks fun, but usually pretty abandoned when we're there.
We like this place. Their price is similar to Ski Zone but in Jump Street you can add another hour for $7.99. They have trampolines for free style jumps, Dodge ball, a crazy bull, towers to hike,basketball, etc. We went Sunday and the place was not full of people and the bathrooms were clean. The only thing we found negative is that you are not allowed to take your own bottle of water. They have vending machines but for a bottle of water you have to pay more than $2.00. Our kids like the place and yes they want to go again.
My son had a birthday party at Jumpstreet. It was well-organized. Even though it was very busy, the staff managed many parties at the same time very efficiently. It was a good experience!
Really nice inside place for energetic kids. Only 4 stars because I think they should switch to foam balls I the dodge ball area. The balls they use are too hard especially when older kids and younger kids are playing in the same area. Other than that my kids had a blast.
Had my daughters birthday party here in early December. Jumpstreet followed up by phone after I made the reservation on line to see if I would like help ordering pizza and drinks. They made it very easy! There was a reserved table for us, my daughter's name on the wall, and another sign with her name on the table. We had an assigned "helper" the whole time who served the pizza, and the cake, provided plates and bottles of water, and even helped clean up and box up the left over cake. The customer service was amazing and the kids all had a great time playing on the many activities. 5 stars- great job!
