Great place to go and study. Lots of tables and friendly staff. I appreciate that the children's and adult sections are in different wings, making the adult section quieter than some other libraries.
Wake County Libraries are amazing. From out of town for some work and left my computer at home. They set me up with a 30 day temp pass and were extremely helpful.
Excellent faucility, wide selection of books, this place is literally a well of knowledge. Also it is an awesome atmosphere for learning, very modern and the adults section is an awesome place to sit down and concentrate.
On multiple occasions the librarians have scolded my children while in the children's section. They made my four year old cry because she danced on the stage. My children are so well behaved and in other states we used to go to the library all the time. These librarians have no respect for children, no clue how to interact with them and are extremely rude. They should be educated on managing their own anger issues and normal developmental levels. Worst library I've ever been to.
Wide variety of books. Could be more organized, but that is just a personal preference. Some librarians are nice, others are a little rude. The librarians are the ones that make the most noise though. Also some of the librarians will talk to each other and not really pay attention to the person asking for help. Other than that it is a calm place.
