This store is amazing. I love it so much. I like working there. It is fun. I helped someone out to there car.
I wanted to give this store at least four stars until today - have been there 3 times since it opened - friendly, helpful employees, clean store thus far, fast checkout lines.
I have always enjoyed Whole Foods and this store is lovely. However, I was shopping for groceries there, and an older lady was working the check out. She asked me point blank, “What school do you go to? I am 25 years old and have a master’s degree so this created an awkward situaton. My one request is that you please tell your employees not to assume a customer’s age. I would have gladly shown her my ID had I been buying alcohol. Tell your employees to check ID’s when necessary. Otherwise I love the organic beauty section, the selection of teas, and coffees.
However, yesterday I picked up one of their turkeys (expensive (close to $40 for a 16 lb. bird) but quality is worth it, I'd been told). Today, I unwrapped it and found that half of one of the wings was broken of at the joint (no sign of the broken off piece) and a huge bruise on the breast. It looks like someone had a fight with the poor guy. This is not the turkey I was hoping to serve. I still have hopes it will taste ok.
I want to be fair to the store so will post again in a month or 2. This is the only negative thing I have to say thus far.
Whole Foods saved my Holiday Party!!!! I had ordered party platters from a different grocery store and they fell through! I wasn't sure what I was going to do, with only 2 hours left before 60 hungry friends were going to show up. After leaving the other store, I came to Whole Foods to pick up a few platters that I had ordered. The staff at the deli were amazing!!! They helped me get food together for our party in about 45 minutes. They saved my holiday party! I can't thank them enough!
Have been to this location multiple times and every time there was some problem or other. Good customer service but the produce is low quality. Half of strawberries would be bad in a box. Very limited options compared to other locations. Their quality is lower than Harris Teeter which is saying a lot. Biggest problem I have is price that is listed on product vs what they charge. I bought two chocolates and they were listed as 2 for 6. When cashier ringed it was higher than that. Same thing happened to few other items on two different trips. Customer service will give those items for free if you have time to take it to customer service desk. it's bad that they don't have good control over their pricing system. Lot of people won't pay attention to final bill and just walk out. Others won't have time to go talk to customer service person.
